We provide custom embroidery, decorated apparel, and related products and services. Quotes, proofs, production timelines, and pricing are provided per order and may vary with garment availability, artwork complexity, and quantity.

Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for a limited time.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline orders at our discretion (for example, artwork we cannot legally or practically produce).
  • Custom-decorated items are made to your specifications. Please review proofs carefully — approved proofs govern production.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

  • You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or designs you provide, and you authorize us to reproduce them solely to fulfill your order.
  • You are responsible for the content of your artwork. We may decline artwork that infringes the rights of others or that we are not comfortable producing.
  • Content on our website (text, images, and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Custom orders may require payment or a deposit before production begins.

Returns and Issues

Because custom-decorated goods are made to order, they cannot be returned for reasons unrelated to our workmanship. If there is an error in your order or a defect in our work, contact us promptly and we will make it right — that may include repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the site’s operation.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
